What is the difference between steam cleaning and hot water extraction?
They are the same thing. Hot water extraction, often called steam cleaning, injects hot water and cleaning solution deep into the carpet under pressure and immediately extracts it along with the dirt and residue.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
Many carpet manufacturers recommend professional hot water extraction every 12 to 18 months. Homes with pets, kids or heavy foot traffic usually benefit from cleaning more often.
Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
Please pick up small items, toys and breakables from the floor before we arrive. If there is larger furniture in the area you want cleaned, let us know when you book and we'll talk through the best plan.
